his privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit the site “fstack.com.mx” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

Identity and address

FULL STACK Sociedad por Acciones Simplificadas de Capital Variable (SAS. CV.) with address at 141 Poniente Street, 1314, Jardines de Castillotla, C.P. 72498, Puebla, Puebla, is responsible for the personal data it collects by itself and in respect of the right to privacy and informational self-determination of individuals in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations. Your data will be governed in accordance with this privacy notice.

Personal information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies that are set on your device. In addition, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, the web pages or the search terms that referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information”.

To comply with the provision of services offered directly by FULL STACK S.A.S. de C.V. or indirectly through its representatives for sales and contracting; information about our services, products or events; to comply with obligations; to respond to your requests for information, attention and service; to make you aware of our commercial, operational and privacy policies; record file and dossier in relation to the commitment made to you in this Privacy Notice.

Secondary Purposes:

To develop studies and programs that are necessary to determine usage and consumption habits; to offer you new products and services tailored to your interests and needs; to perform periodic evaluations of our products and services in order to improve their quality; to notify you about new services and products.

Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of data and the mens to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.

The request mentioned in the previous point must contain at least the following information and be accompanied by the corresponding documents:

  1. The name of the owner and address, as well as any complementary information that may be used to contact him/her, including his/her email address.

  2. The documents proving the identity or, if applicable, the legal representation of the holder.

  3. The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you are seeking to exercise any of the aforementioned rights and in case of requesting rectification of data, you must attach the documentation supporting your request.

  4. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data. The Responsible will respond to your Request for Limitation of Use or Disclosure or Exercise of Rights FULL STACK and the reasons of your decision, by certified mail (with additional cost) or to your email address, within a maximum period of 20 working days.

Transfer of personal data

For the fulfillment of the purposes set forth in this privacy notice or those that are compatible or analogous, the responsible party requires to transfer personal data within the Mexican Republic, so it undertakes to ensure that all legal principles of protection regarding the transfer of personal data are met and expresses its commitment to respect at all times by itself and by its business partners the present privacy notice, so the owner of the data accepts the transfer of data, since the responsible will transfer the personal data to national third parties, but in any case will communicate to such third parties the full content of this notice and the purposes to which the owner subjected its treatment, which will assume the same obligations that correspond to the responsible that transfers the data, making its treatment congruent and attached to the present privacy notice. The transfer of national data may be carried out including but not limited to:

  1. Managing loyalty programs.

  2. Business partners of the responsible party, in order for them to manage and operate complementary services to those of the responsible party.

  3. Companies or third parties that jointly operate with the responsible party any product, service or any software or IT infrastructure that serves as a platform for the performance of operations or services.

  4. Third party service providers or sellers of products necessary for the operation of the responsible party, as well as commission agents that perform operations or provide services to the responsible party that it may perform in accordance with current legislation and its bylaws such as, among others, commission agents, data processors, companies that send marketing material, courier companies, security companies, transport of values, advertising agencies, information storage, with the purpose of assisting them in the performance of the purposes set forth in this privacy notice.

  5. External professionals, advisors, or consultants, for the purpose of managing sales operations, services, and other acts that the responsible party may perform in accordance with the current legislation and its bylaws, as well as for the defense of its interests in the event of any legal controversy arising from such operations and services such as collection agencies, external auditors, legal auditors, accounting auditors, etc.

  6. Companies that provide check protection and validation services, with respect to the commercial transactions that you carry out with the responsible party and the payment is made through such means.

  7. All those governmental and/or judicial agencies that by operation of law request and/or require from the responsible party personal data of their clients and/or family members, necessary for the fulfillment of different legislations.

Procedure and means by which the responsible will communicate to the holders of changes to the privacy notice.

We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to this privacy notice at any time, whether in response to legislative, regulatory, or jurisprudential developments, internal policies, market practices or any other reason. Any changes made to this privacy notice will be incorporated to the aforementioned notice by the responsible party and will be made known through any of the following means:

By ordinary mail if you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data to the third parties and purposes mentioned above, you may submit from this moment a letter to the address indicated in the Identity and Address section stating the above, complying with the requirements set forth in point 3 of this privacy notice.

Cancellation and suspension of personal data

The responsible party will proceed to cancel and carry out the prior suspension and blocking of personal data once they comply with the purpose that justified their processing, provided that there is no legal reason for not performing such cancellation.

Cookies

It is informed that the page handles cookies that are strictly necessary for technical reasons of operation, the above in order to not make the security of the website vulnerable; therefore, in accordance with the last paragraph of Article Thirty-First of the Guidelines for the Privacy Notice issued by the Ministry of Economy, such technologies cannot be disabled.

If you presume any irregularity in the processing of your personal data or there is any violation of the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, remember that you may file a complaint or denunciation before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection (IFAI).
